Length: 1 Hour
Rising Stars provides an additional challenge to students who have been excelling in our preschool program. In this class, they will move over to working on our recreational gymnastics equipment and will further advance their skills on vault, bars, beam, and floor. The curriculum which mirrors that of of our Beginner Girls gymnastics class will incorporate brand new skills for your student.
Each of our classes have a new curriculum every single week!
Requirements for this class include excellent listening skills, the strength to support themselves in certain positions, and a general understanding of forward & backward rolls, handstands, cartwheels, and bridges. Students MUST have recommendation from current instructor to enter this class.
This class is offered for our most advanced 4 & 5 year olds (must be recommended by a coach). These children who demonstrate exceptional strength, coordination, and focus for their age will advance to working on recreational level skills and equipment.
