Junior Olympic & Xcel

Junior Olympics (JO) is currently levels 3-9 of the women’s USAG program. JO teaches a solid foundation of basic skills to help the girls advance from level to level.

Xcel offers a broad-based, affordable competitive experience. Xcel is divided into four levels; bronze, silver, gold, and platinum.
